This Blog is a collection of writings from Tara Hurley the Director of “Happy Endings?”.  The documentary follows the lives of women in Asian massage parlors in RI,  as Politicians, Johns, a Woman Studies Professor, Police, the ACLU, community groups, and residents engage in a debate over changing the “loophole” in the law that allows for prostitution  “behind closed doors”.
